Care Instructions
Ceramic is a very durable material and if cared for properly, will last a lifetime. For the longest possible life with your pieces:
— Gently handwash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or soak for extended periods.
— Take care of pearlescent or metallic surfaces - do not scrub or rub heavily as this may remove the finish.
— For pieces with a raw surface, we recommend allowing them to air dry as cloths and tea towels can leave small fibres on the surface.
— Take care when handling, particularly with the edges to avoid accidental chips or cracking.
— Avoid any raw surfaces coming into contact with oil or products that may stain.
— Avoid drastic temperature changes as this may cause cracking.
Pearl embellishments have been carefully handcrafted and are extremely delicate.
Chain and pearl ‘harness’
The ‘harness’ detailing on this piece is incredibly delicate and should be treated with the utmost care to ensure it’s longevity.
The chain is tarnish resistant however we do recommend avoiding exposure to water to prevent rusting. Carefully wash the interior of the vase only and let air dry.
Please do not remove the ‘harness’.
Pearl band
Gently handwash your piece as required. Minimise water on the pearl band gently pat dry with a soft cloth.
Depending on the shape of the individual rim, you may be able to gently slide/roll the pearl band off the top to wash. We recommend doing this infrequently to prevent friction damage to the surface of the pearls.
To make the most of your candles:
— Burn candle all the way to the edges each time
— Trim wick between each use for the best burn and fragrance
— Store in a cool place and out of direct sunlight when not in use
